28 Day SIGNATURE Program

The SIGNATURE program was originally designed for clients Flick was unable to train face to face. It's a showcase of the FlickPT style of training and movements.

It was also designed particularly for busy parents & individuals who still want to train with intensity and purpose at home. We also believe this program can help form a sustainable active lifestyle.

Who this program is for

This program was designed for anyone who is moderately active and would like to challenge themselves a little more with some unique sessions

​

It specifically targets intermediate levels of fitness levels and is also the perfect stepping stone if you have already completed the FlickPT 28 Day STARTER Dumbbell program.

​

Equipment needed

To successfully complete the program at it's full potential you will require a pair of Dumbbells and access to a bench or step (something safe enough to step on to)

​

A yoga/exercise mat is also recommended. 

Workout & Duration

The workouts are all approximately 30 minutes which includes a warm up, cool down and workout.

​

The workouts are all time based, so all you have to do is follow along with the video (no counting reps, yay), concentrating on technique and form. 

 

We mix a few challenging movements with foundational movements, building in fitness and strength. It's a great program to complete before joining the advanced 28 Day SPICY program.
