Who this program is for
This program was designed for anyone who is active most days and accustom to vigorous exercises.
It specifically targets intermediate - advanced levels of fitness levels and is also the perfect stepping stone if you have already completed the FlickPT 28 Day STARTER and SIGNATURE Dumbbell programs.

Equipment needed
To successfully complete the program at it's full potential you will require a pair of Dumbbells and access to a bench or step (something safe enough to step on to)
To ensure you are feeling the full effects of the "spicyness", make sure the dumbbells are weights that challenge you!
A yoga/exercise mat is also recommended.
Workout & Duration
The workouts are all approximately 35-45 minutes which includes a warm up, cool down and workout.
If you have already completed the 28 Day STARTER or SIGNATURE programs you will ready to give some of these more challenging movements and a workouts a go.
