We bring you a basic, safe and progressive program to achieve a 5km run distance over 12 weeks!
The program can be achieved anywhere in the world! It's online and requires no face-to-face commitment.
Not only do we give you weekly run sessions, we have included a strength session plus a stability session to help support your running journey keeping you injury free and running strong!

What's involved

You 12 weeks includes 3 x run sessions per week, 1 x strength for runners workout and 1 x hip/core stability session.

We'll talk about corrective footwear, expose you to some basic running terminology, support you in our members community forum, share basic running tips & give you the tools to be able to build your 5km.โ

Your program is delivered all online via the FlickPT App, you will also log you run session using STRAVA.
