 Fitcamps 

Group training in a non-intimidating outdoor environment. Designed to help you develop a weekly fitness habit catering for all fitness levels. 

All year round we run Fitcamps.

Our Fitcamps coincide with Victorian school terms.

Our Fitcamps are designed for all abilities and each session is different with a mix of interval training,

circuits, stairs, boxing, kettlebells, sandbags, ropes, beach/sand sessions & more!

What else is included when joining a Fitcamp? 

For all full paying participants - You receive online members group support which includes:

  • Discounts to some local products and services

  • Discounted personal training sessions 

  • Recommended affiliate practitioner referrals  

  • Fitcamper of the week awards

  • Priority bookings and places in upcoming classes

All sessions run for 45-50mins 

Casual attendance is most welcome but often classes can be at capacity so bookings are required & not guaranteed. 

Spots are strictly limited, to avoid disappointment please don’t hesitate to secure your spot. Sessions also need a minimum number of participants required to go ahead.

  • Catering for the stay at home parents, part time workers, shift workers, retirees and anyone who doesn’t “do” gyms.

Sunsetters

  • 6:00PM

  • LEOPOLD

This time slot is for those who start work early and train at the end of their day, helping to relieve the stress of a busy day, time out from the kids & enabling a good nights sleep.

 

These sessions are held in Leopold in the FlickPT studio mixing indoor & outdoor training - you get the best of both worlds.

Bootcamp

  • Sessions vary between 7-9am on Saturdays

  • OCEAN GROVE

  • Casual bookings only

Think, beach runs, stairs, carries, deadballs, sandbags, functional training using whole-body, multi-joint exercises!

Strength + conditioning with a qualified 'Outdoor & Bootcamp Trainer'.

 

If you need to break up your training week from regular reps + sets, gym classes, indoor sessions this session if for you with scaling options from the beginner to the advanced!
