Hi, I'm Flick.

Owner of Flick PT, a coastal born and bred trainer, and local of Ocean Grove for over 30 years. 

In 2009, FlickPT was created in this wonderful community among the active lifestyles of the men and women and families who live in this super special corner of the world. 

As a PT, I'm lucky enough to wear nike’s and leggings to work every day, enjoy beautiful mornings by the beach, and watch people transform their bodies and minds in the most positive way, through hard work, support and good times.  

With 14 years in industry, I have attained multiple qualifications to stay up to date with my skills & knowledge, and I hold the following:

  • Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness 

  • Diploma in Fitness 

  • THUMP Boxing L1 & Advanced  

  • L1 & L2 Bootcamp & Outdoor group fitness 

  • Resistance Bands workshop 

  • L1 ZUU Coach 

  • Safe Return to Exercise (Pre & Post natal trainer) 

  • Female Health & Performance Coach

  • Exercise after Covid-19 Certificate 

  • Current First Aid & CPR 

  • Insured & registered fitness professional

Outside of FlickPT, I enjoy pursuing my own fitness and lifestyle goals. I have competed in Spartan races (obstacle racing) nationally & internationally with multiple top 10 finishes, I love running in trail running events across the state & you’ll always find me hitting up a community fun run with clients. 

 

I'm a Mum to Mackenzie & Oakley, so when I'm not training you face to face I'm most likely chasing kids, working on some online programs, keeping fit and developing on new and exciting projects.

I love road trips to the alpine region, breakfast food, long trail runs, taking photos, coffee dates and Sunday adventures with my family and our border collie, 'Jersey'.
